Shipping and Delivery

• We ship our Products all over India where the Courier Delivery is Available.
• Items will be shipped within 24 hours of a Working Day and delivery will take up to days depending on the delivery address
• Valid for certain pin codes only.

Exchanges Exchanges and returns are allowed in following unlikely cases;

• Packets/Products that have gone bad at the time of delivery.
• Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the of delivery.
• Products that have expired by the time of delivery.
• Due to any unforeseen circumstances, the scheduled Exchange might be cancelled by Us which is subject to prior intimation.

Proof of bill and original packing must be provided at the time of Exchange/ Return. Once the Products are used or if the sealed is broken the product becomes ineligible for Return/Exchange. Cancellations

• An order cancellation request will be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
• If request for cancellation is accepted you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
• Frister Food Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of Stock, Pricing Errors, Information Errors, or problems identified with the Personal/ Financial details provided by the Customer, any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery of the Product might be Cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances which will be subject to Intimation.
